OUR PROCESS
- The Site Analysis Program (SA) offers a comprehensive plan for your property. Our team conducts detailed surveys, collecting measurements, elevations, and crucial data like drainage issues, building limits, gas lines, setbacks, and more. This information is then used by our CAD department to create a base plan, featuring a digital drawing and a detailed two-dimensional printout of the property. While the cost varies based on home size, investing in a site analysis can save you time, money, and avoid the stress of unreliable quotes. This thorough understanding of your property ensures no surprises during design or construction. Even if you choose not to proceed with us, you can use the site analysis with another design/build firm.
THE SITE ANALYSIS
- Following the Site Analysis, our three-step process progresses to the second phase by signing a design agreement. Utilizing the gathered information and your budget, we develop a comprehensive concept, including a preliminary 3D rendering of your house with the newly designed features. With layout, materials, and planting selections aligned with your budget, we then create a final, highly accurate 3D rendering, culminating in a detailed design meeting to ensure all requested items are confirmed in the contract, leaving you confident in choosing us for your home improvement project.

LANDSCAPE DESIGN AGREEMENT
- After obtaining necessary permits, a detailed pre-construction meeting is scheduled to review the project plan and address any customer questions. The construction phase involves a thorough job walk to finalize outdoor space layout, followed by grading, infrastructure installation, hardscaping, irrigation, and planting, all while ensuring timely inspections. The result is the realization of the envisioned outdoor project.
